Exchanges

You are free to exchange your item within 10 working days. This mean that you must make contact no later than 10 days and post as soon as possible. To qualify for for the exchange you must post the item back ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN. DO NOT REMOVE THE LABELS

Cancellations

Before buying please make sure you are happy with the terms and are 100% sure that you want the item. Made to order items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing. Ready to send Items 24 hours as long as the item has not been shipped

Postage

Dispatch for ready made items will be made with 1-3 working days. If your item has been lost please make contact here

  • The items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, perfume, or other stains);

  • It is advised that you return Items via a tracked delivery service to ensure It has been received by us. If this is not possible then keep the receipt as proof of postage- This method may cause delays if the parcel has been lost
